In this assignment I will identified my best and worst working times, time bandits, procrastination traits and stressors. I will be discussing them in more detail and explaining why they had an effect on me. I will also explain some of the activities (action plans) that I had done differently to work with my faults.
My best times, the times that I am the most productive, would probably be after supper when I have had time to distress from school and had something to eat. I feel refreshed and ready to tackle my homework or studying or whatever else would need to be done. I also work best when I am at school focusing on an assignment or in class. I think that my worst times were usually at about pm when I got bored with my homework and either would watch TV, talk on the phone or talk with someone. At these times I should have just taken a short break and got right back to it, but instead I got sidetracked or decided that I didnt want to do anything else for the evening.
I have noticed that my time bandits were watching TV when I know I should be doing something else. I dont really feel that watching TV could really help with anything besides maybe unwinding after school. I also talk on the phone a lot, but I feel that I may need to do this in order to not get so stressed out, by talking with people it helps me unload what is bothering me and what I can do about it.

Using my action plan I am trying to cut down on my procrastinating the lists that I made make it so what I have to get done is right in my face I see it all of the time. This makes me procrastinate less than before. With my stressors I dont really know a perfect action plan for that. I know for me talking with someone about it usually helps or just unwinding from a stressful day by breathing and also going to the gym it strengthens my body as well as my mind and lets me really relax and feel good.
In conclusion I have noticed my time bandits, stressors, times in which I work best and worst, my procrastination traits and stressors and devised an action plan to deal with these things. I feel that doing this exercise really made me look at what each of these characteristics of time and stress were for me and what I could do about them.
