In this assignment I will identified my best and worst working times, time bandits, procrastination traits and stressors. I will be discussing them in more detail and explaining why they had an effect on me. I will also explain some of the activities (action plans) that I had done differently to work with my faults.

My best times, the times that I am the most productive, would probably be after supper when I have had time to distress from school and had something to eat. I feel refreshed and ready to tackle my homework or studying or whatever else would need to be done. I also work best when I am at school focusing on an assignment or in class. I think that my worst times were usually at about pm when I got bored with my homework and either would watch TV, talk on the phone or talk with someone. At these times I should have just taken a short break and got right back to it, but instead I got sidetracked or decided that I didnt want to do anything else for the evening.

I have noticed that my time bandits were watching TV when I know I should be doing something else. I dont really feel that watching TV could really help with anything besides maybe unwinding after school. I also talk on the phone a lot, but I feel that I may need to do this in order to not get so stressed out, by talking with people it helps me unload what is bothering me and what I can do about it.

I am trying to not watch as much TV because it was one of my huge time bandits, I will try to talk on the phone or to friends to distress instead although talking on the phone was also another time bandit it is also a stress reliever. Using my action plan I am trying to cut down on my procrastinating the lists that I made make it so what I have to get done is right in my face I see it all of the time. This makes me procrastinate less than before. With my stressors I dont really know a perfect action plan for that. I know for me talking with someone about it usually helps or just unwinding from a stressful day by breathing and also going to the gym it strengthens my body as well as my mind and lets me really relax and feel good.

In conclusion I have noticed my time bandits, stressors, times in which I work best and worst, my procrastination traits and stressors and devised an action plan to deal with these things. I feel that doing this exercise really made me look at what each of these characteristics of time and stress were for me and what I could do about them.

The Cold War is a term used to describe the open yet restricted rivalry and hostility that developed after World War II between the United States and the Soviet Union. The Korean War was a conflict arising after the post-World War II division of Korea. Negotiations failed to reunify the two halves, the North half being a Soviet client state and the South half being backed by the US. In 150 North Korea invaded South Korea. President Truman ordered US troops to the assistance of South Korea. At first, the North Korean forces drove the South Korean and United Nation forces down to the South tip of the Korean peninsula. Although the brilliant tactics of General D. MacArthur turned the tide in favor of the United Nations troops and advanced to near the border of North Korea and China. MacArthur favored bombing China at this point and was relieved of his command when he refused to accept Trumans decision to fight. President Eisenhower participated in the conclusion of an armistice that accepted the front line as the actual bounder between the two Koreas. At the end of the war, Soviet forces accepted surrender of Japanese forces in the North while US forces accepted surrender in the South. The war resulted in the deaths of 1. million South Koreans, 1 million Chinese, 500,000 North Koreans, 54,000 Americans, and smaller numbers of other nationals in the United Nations forces. In 11, the USSR dissipated, and Russia and the other Soviet republics appeared as independent states.
